Lakers Suffer Brutal Loss, Down 0-1

The Thunder came out hot in game one and never looked back. The Lakers got out scored, out-hustled, and flat out outplayed. The Lakers looked sluggish and worn out.

After going seven games with the Nuggets, the Lakers only got a day of rest to OKC's nine days of rest. Outside of the first six minutes, the Lakers never looked like they were in this game.

The Thunder shot the ball lights out, the Lakers looked like they were shooting with the lights off. The Thunder hit every jump shot it seemed. The Lakers on the other hand never looked fluid or in rhythm on offense.

Honestly, there's not much to say about this game. The Lakers didn't show up and it was very disappointing to me as a Lakers fan. At the end of the day its only one game. The Lakers must put this game behind them and not be beat mentally.

The Lakers lose game one to the Thunder, 119-90.

Game two from Oklahoma City will be Wednesday at 9:30 est/ 6:30 pst.
