Source: Timberwolves Interested In Sending Beasley To L.A.

The Lakers tried to acquire small forward Micheal Beasley from the Timberwolves at the trade deadline this year. Unfortunately, the deal fell apart at the last minute.

It seems that the Lakers may get another chance at it. According to sources close to the Timberwolves , Minnesota General Manager David Kahn told team owner Glen Taylor that the team was interested in pursuing a sign-and-trade with the Lakers in July.

A name they seem to be interested in is Jordan Hill. Hill opened some eyes after playing well in limited playing time for the Lakers.

The small forward position was a weakness for the Lakers last season. With Devin Ebanks and Matt Barnes being free-agents this could way to make some change at that position.
