Jordan Hill Injured His Back In Preseason Opener

After the Lakers lost Sunday night to the Golden State Warrior, the team announced that Jordan Hill suffered a back injury during the game.

Hill was examined by a back specialist and it was determined that he suffered a herniated disk. He will be evaluated again in a week.

Hill played the longest of any other Laker(20 minutes) scoring 10 points on 5-11 shooting.

Expect  Robert Sacre and Greg Somogyi to get the bulk of the preseason minutes until Hill and Dwight Howard are healthy.

The Lakers take on the Portland Trailblazers at 7pm pacific time on Wednesday.
